We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. We have made every effort to photograph and describe all the items for sale as accurately as possible. The colours shown are a representation only and your monitor may not display them with total accuracy.

Should you receive any item that you are not happy with and it is not faulty, as consumers you are entitled to return any unopened product within seven days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange; however, return postage costs must be covered by yourself. Please note, that commissioned items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Should any goods arrive which are faulty or damaged we will pay for return postage and replace the items(s).
